Concord, NH – Two Warrenstreet projects have received 2018 Merit Awards of Excellence from Plan NH. Announced at this year’s annual awards event held on June 28th in Concord, recipients were selected by a diverse committee of professionals within the planning, design and development industries. Selected for their demonstration of Smart Growth principles, social responsibility, outstanding cooperation and collaboration, the winning nominations exemplify how the built environment can have a positive impact on the community.
Warrenstreet accepted an award for the Renovation and Addition of the Florence Rideout Elementary School and was recognized as the Architect of Record for the Merit Award accepted by Owner, CATCH Neighborhood Housing for the Adaptive Reuse and Renovation of the Franklin Light and Power Mill. Both projects were credited for their design ingenuity, flexibility, perseverance and revitalizing impact on New Hampshire’s built environment.
